My Day, My Way
Do you sometimes feel that you’re missing out? If your care needs make it complicated for you to join in the activities that you enjoy, don’t let that put you off.
From archery to art galleries, football to flower arranging, our staff can make sure you spend your time doing the things you want to do. So if you want to spend an evening at the football, an afternoon at the theatre, or a morning at a cookery class, we can make it happen.
We can support you to do a range of activities, and our staff have the skills and experience to meet your needs – whether they be learning and physical disabilities, mental health issues, or any number of other health concerns. We’re available round the clock, seven days a week.
Making choices, increasing independence
People we’ve worked with over the past 25 years have frequently told us that what they want most is to be included in the community, to make friends, to have relationships and to participate in everyday life. My day, my way can make that happen
We want to do more than just meet people’s needsWe want to help them meet their goals and ambitions as well.
My day, my way lets people make their own choices about what they want to do, while giving them the confidence that comes with knowing we will provide whatever level of care they need while they’re doing it.
What do you want to do today? Here are just a few ideas to get you started:
- Go shopping
- Go for a swim or to the gym
- Attend an event
- Have a go at crafts
- Visit a farm to help look after animals
- Grow your own food on an allotment
- Learn computer skills
- See a film at the cinema
- Make music
- Or anything else you can think of!
It’s your day spend it your way!
