Reporting A Fault

If you have a fault with your NCHA provided furniture, equipment or flooring in your home or shared area, please contact the Property Management Team on 0845 650 1202. If you know who your designated officer is, please contact them directly.

The Property Management Team can be contacted between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have a health & safety concern with the fault, for example loose carpeting in a shared area, please contact NCHA Maintenance on 0800 317 861.

Please remember to inform your Support Worker or Scheme Manager that you have reported a fault.
