Derbyshire WISH community properties are available to either women or men and their children. Derbyshire WISH was established in 1995 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association. We provide Comprehensive care and support to meet international standards ISO 9001. | Accommodation - Seven bed-space shared refuge
- 13 community based properties (pets accepted with prior agreement)

Support offered - To gain involvement
- To gain further education/training
- To gain more permanent accommodation and independent living
- To gain essential life skills e.g. managing finances, shopping
- To gain advice in claiming welfare benefits
- To gain advice in accessing local facilities e.g. doctors, solicitors
- To gain self worth through in house programmes.

- Named keyworker for each individual
- Out of hours support provided by the NCHA SMaRT service (Support Management and Response Team)
Service user involvement - Encouraged to be involved in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment
- Involvement in producing support package
- Respect for choices, privacy, confidentiality and promotion of equalities and diversity
- Support around safety planning
