Umuada was established in 1994 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association. We provide Comprehensive Care and Support to meet international standards ISO 9001. | Accommodation - 12 bed space refuge

Service User Involvement - To gain employment

- To gain advice in claiming welfare benefits
- To gain advice in accessing local facilities e.g. doctors, solicitors

- Named Keyworker for each individual
- Out of hours support provided by the NCHA SMaRT service (Support Management and Response Team)
Support offered
- Support sessions and regular Service User meetings
- Involvement in producing support package
- Respect for choices, privacy, confidentiality and promotion of equalities and diversity
- Support around safety planning
