Dale Street is a supported housing project for people aged 18+ with enduring mental health needs.

Dale Street was established in 1991 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association. We provide Comprehensive Care and Support to meet
international standards ISO 9001.

Accommodation

  • 8 self contained bedsits with additional communal facilities at Dale Street.
  • Community properties
  • Fully furnished 
  • Easy access to local amenities 
  • Electric, gas, water supply, TV and telephone point in all flats 
  • All accommodation is maintained to the highest standard 
  • 3 ground floor flats at Dale Street

Support Provided 

  • To gain employment 
  • To gain further education 
  • To gain more independent living 
  • Signposting to other services 
  • To gain essential life skills e.g. managing finances, shopping 
  • To gain advice in claiming welfare benefits

  • Support Planning and Risk Assessments tailored to meet individual needs 
  • Named Keyworker for each individual 
  • Out of hours support provided by the NCHA SMaRT service (Support Management and Response Team)

Support offered 

  • Support sessions and regular Service User meetings 
  • Monthly activities arranged for Service Users with staff support 
  • Newsletters and one to one meetings 
  • Respect for choices, privacy, confidentiality and promotion of equalities and diversity
