Cobwell Road is a supported housing project for 16-21 year olds who are homeless or who are being threatened with homelessness.

Cobwell Road was established in 2000 and is owned by Nottingham
Community Housing Association. We provide Comprehensive Care and Support to meet international standards ISO 9001.

Accommodation

  • 8 self contained flats and 2 bedsits 
  • Fully furnished 
  • Short term accommodation 
  • Easy access to local train station 
  • Close to Retford Town Centre 
  • All accommodation is maintained to the highest standard

Service User Involvement

  • To gain employment 
  • To gain further education 
  • To gain more independent living 
  • To gain essential life skills e.g. managing finances, shopping 
  • To gain advice in claiming welfare benefits 
  • To gain access to YPAS, City and Guilds qualification

Support and Advice

  • Support Planning and Risk Assessments tailored to meet individual needs 
  • Named Keyworker for each individual 
  • Out of hours support provided by the NCHA SMaRT service (Support Management and Response Team)

Support offered

  • Monthly Service User meetings 
  • Encouraged to be involved in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment 
  • Involvement in producing support package 
  • Respect for choices, privacy, confidentiality and promotion of equalities and diversity

Wright Wilson Street is a development of supported and general housing situated just off London Road opposite Retford Oakes School.

Wright Wilson Street was established in 2005 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association. We provide Comprehensive Care and Support to meet international standards ISO 9001.
