South Kesteven Tenancy Support provides support to individuals in maintaining their tenancy.

We aim to reduce the risk of homelessness by supporting people to gain the skills to live as independently as possible.

South Kesteven Tenancy Support was established in 2010 and is run by Nottingham Community Housing Association.

We provide comprehensive Care and Support which meets the international ISO 9001 standard.

What is Tenancy Support?  

  • Your support worker will agree a regular day and time to visit you, usually at your home. 
  • They will work to identify the support you need and write a support plan with you. 
  • They will update your plans with you as your needs change. 
  • If you have needs we cannot meet, we will try to find another suitable service to support you as well. 
  • We will help you to look at your home to make sure that it is safe and we can help you to request repairs if needed.

Other NCHA Floating Support Services 

  • NCHA run floating support services for individuals, couples and families throughout the East Midlands. 
  • We also run specific services for people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues and /or a risk of offending and people suffering domestic abuse.
