Person Centred Planning |  | |  | At The Holbeach Project we provide housing support with access to education, training and employment. The Holbeach Project is a place of change, where we work with you to achieve your goals and aspirations through person centred support plans.
We believe that all people should have a voice in the community and fully support this.
We provide a low level of support for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to help them to prepare for independent living.
Housing With Care and Support at Nottingham Community Housing Association began to deliver support here in 2010. The landlord is Genesis Housing Association. | Accommodation - 6 Rooms at Anley House

Service User Involvement - Monthly service user meetings
- Service users are encouraged to become involved in maintaining a pleasant and safe environment
