Basera was established in 1989 and is owned by Nottingham Community Housing Association.
We provide Comprehensive Care and Support to meet international standards ISO 9001.

- Support Planning and Risk Assessments tailored to meet individual needs
- Translation and interpretation of mail, bills and meetings as appropriate
- Named Keyworker for each individual
- Out of hours support provided by the NCHA SMaRT service (Support Management and Response Team)
- To gain more independent living
- To gain advice in claiming welfare benefits
