ALLPAY is a way of paying your rent and / or service charge.
This system helps people keep their rent account up to date. Having an ALLPAY account may help you avoid building up rent arrears.
An ALLPAY account can be set up with your Housing Management Officer when you move into your new home or at any time during your occupancy with Housing with Care and Support.
You can pay by:
- Direct debit
- Swipe card
- By phone
- Housing Benefit direct payment
ALLPAY can be set up as a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly direct debits. This is an agreed amount of money taken out of your bank account. The date can be one of your choosing.
You can have a Swipe Card which your Housing Management Officer can set up for you. Once this is done you can take your swipe card and your money to the Post Office, a Payzone or any other Paypoint outlets.
You can pay over the telephone 24 hours a day with a credit or debit card by ringing 0870 243 6040. You will be asked to enter the swipe card number, the credit/debit card details and the amount you wish to pay into the phone keypad. You will be given an authorisation code when the payment has been completed.
