New mental health helpline for Nottingham
NCHA's new mental health helpline is a new specialist service developed to meet the needs of people living within Nottingham city.

The service will provide a listening ear, emotional support, signposting and referrals onto other services for individuals and the carers of people experiencing mental distress.
This new services offers the following support:

Specialist referral to partners within the Mental Health Pathway

Person centred support planning to move thorugh the Mental Health Pathway

Joint assessments with other organisations, so you won't be constantly filling in paperwork

Access to culturally specific support

Help in establishing and maintaining contact with other organisations

Direct links with NHS Direct
The service is open to people who live in Nottingham city, or who are registered with a GP in Nottingham city. The service operates from 5pm - 9am Monday to Friday, and 24 hours a day at weekends and bank holidays.
